The Role
 
We are seeking a Principal Consultant to drive engagement across the Not-for-Profit and Public Sectors, managing key relationships and identifying high-growth opportunities. This role offers options to work full time or part time (i.e., 3-4 days a week). This role would suit a community minded individual, passionate about delivering the best talent to the sectors that make a real difference to South Australians.
 
As a Principal Consultant, you will seize control of a high-yield, warm desk. You will spend your time where it matters most—in front of clients. This is a perfect opportunity for a seasoned 360 recruitment consultant who loves being "out and about" and thrives in a high-energy environment where you are empowered to run your desk. Working closely with an experienced supportive manager and plugging into a powerhouse team that's among our top performing team at Randstad.  
 
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Nurture and strengthen client relationships to understand and fulfill their recruitment requirements effectively.</li>
<li>Proactively identify and acquire new clients through strategic business development initiatives.</li>
<li>Facilitate seamless interview and placement processes between candidates and employers, ensuring successful matches.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with a candidate manager to source, assess, and place exceptional candidates in roles that align with their skills and aspirations.</li>
</ul>
About You
<ul>
<li>4+ years of permanent recruitment experience as a 360 consultant.</li>
<li>Driven by a passion for delivering tailored recruitment solutions that meet clients' needs.</li>
<li>A strong enthusiasm for business development.</li>
<li>A high achiever with a competitive spirit, thriving in a fast-paced sales environment where success is measured by results.</li>
</ul>
